This painting was commissioned by Wizards of the Coast as a wraparound cover for a book by R.A. Salvatore called The Silent Blade. It features Wulfgar the Barbarian and a couple of villains from the story, Jarlaxel and Entreri. To my knowledge the painting was never published and another painting was used for the cover of the book.
